A product of St. Columba’s School Delhi, Sunil Lamba went on to complete his Post Graduation from the Cornell University (USA) and after return in 1974, he started looking after the production aspects of the Kwality Ice Cream business. He was actively involved in all subsequent developments including setting up and development of the overseas operations. Under his leadership Kwality Group has grown manifold both in terms of sales volumes as well as lines of business.

Executive Director

Dhruv represents the next generation of leadership of the family business. Post a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Les Roche, Switzerland, he has taken on the task of streamlining all company functions and re-organising company cadres to implement best business practices within the company. His dedication and commitment levels have set an example for others in the organisation. His project management skills have played a major role in timely implementation of the organisation’s expansion drives.


Divij adds diverse set of skills to the leadership team at the Kwality Group with his public policy-oriented educational and professional background. Prior to joining the Kwality Group, he has worked at the Brookings Institute and the Senate Office of Hillary Rodham Clinton in Washington D.C. Divij completed his undergraduate work at Cornell University and achieved his graduate degree at the Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. He also holds the rare distinction of being one of India’s few professionally qualified sommeliers of Italian wines. Based upon his global exposure to the best in food service and his insights as a food connoisseur, Divij is currently guiding the development of new and exotic cuisines across the Kwality Group.
